Welcome to our Hotels and Suites, where your health and safety are our top priority. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff, and have implemented a range of measures to ensure your well-being during your stay with us.

Our properties are always maintained with a high standards of cleanliness and hygiene and we have further enhanced our protocols to meet the recommendations of public health authorities. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in all areas of the hotel including guest rooms and public spaces and a high touch surfaces.

Further to ensure your health and safety, we are also following the Covid Shield certification, travelife, ISO 9001, and ISO 22000-2018 requirements as our health and safety are constantly being reviewed and updated in accordance with the latest guidance.

  • Certification with the National Mark "Health First" by the Hotel Chamber of Greece (XEE) which confirms that the properties adheres to official health protocols against COVID-19.
  • Certification of the properties in terms of taking measures to prevent and deal with the COVID-19 pandemic ny accredited bodies.
  • Appointment and training of Coordinator & creation of a Management Team for the implementation of the Action Plan.
  • True implementation of the suspicious case management plan prepared by EODY (National Public Organization Health).
  • Ability to perform rapid test or PCR control to guests, at the date of departure, by a health professional based on the instructions of EODY
  • Training of all staff for the correct observance of the health protocols
  • Provision and use of appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) (masks, gloves, special clothing) to all staff depending on the specialty and the level of security to be provided.
  • If a staff member shows symptoms or has come into contact with a case, he or she stays home. He returns to work only after a laboratory test, the result of which is negative.
  • The staff take daily thermometers before the start of their shift.
  • Carry out a rapid test on all staff once a week, by a health professional based on EODY instructions.
  • In case of change of the responsible case, the properties re-issues a certificate "Health First" by the Hotel Chamber of Greece (FDI)
  • A file of staff and guests of the properties is kept for a period of time required by the tracking
  • The action plan is communicated to internal / external providers (partners, maintainers, etc.), employees, customers and other stakeholders
  • A policy has been created regarding the increased measures and the change in the check in & check out schedule
  • There is special equipment (medical kit) provided in case of a Covid-19 case
  • Enhancing the cleanliness of common areas and rooms, use of special cleaners and approved disinfectant.
  • Enhance cleanliness and disinfection of bedding and other clothing, using wash cycle programs high temperature (> 70οC).
  • Creation of sanitary stations by providing antiseptic hand sanitizer for use by customers, in all common areas where it is provided (reception desk, reception lounge, elevators, WC,). Also, in the restaurant, bar and cafeteria there is an antiseptic on every table.
  • The spaces in the reception are configured in such a way as to avoid coloration & to maintain distances of 2 meters.
  • The key cards are placed in a sterilizer UV for disinfection
  • Marking in public spaces reminding to keep distance
  • Available electronic payment of accommodation expenses, electronic submission of bills, invoices and receipts.
  • Separation of catering customers from residents. Use of a different elevator. Avoid waiting at the reception
  • Extended check-out and check-in time between stays (check-out until 11:00 AM and check-in time from 3:00 PM).
  • Non-resident rooms are not allowed in the rooms or in the common areas of the floor..
  • Enhance cleanliness and disinfection of bed linen and other clothing, using high temperature wash cycle programs (> 70οC).
  • Disinfection of items and furniture with steam cleaner (room and bathroom) & 1 hour wait before the room is given to the next customer
  • Installing a disposable cover on the TV and air conditioner remote controls
  • Marking to inform the customer when the room was cleaned
  • Open windows daily for natural ventilation
  • Continuous training and observance of personnel rules of correct sorting of dirty linen
  • The towels are placed in a disposable plastic package management system according to ISO 22000: 2018 (HACCP)
  • Unemployed people are not allowed in the kitchens
  • The cutlery is disinfected in washing machines before being used by customers
  • In case of buffet breakfast, mandatory use of hand sanitizer by customers, use of disposable gloves and keeping distance is monitored by a buffet manager. Extension of restaurant opening hours for breakfast and dinner.
  • Possibility of serving meals (breakfast-dinner) in the rooms without any extra charges.
  • The staff observes all the measures of protection of the transport of food (closed containers) during the room service as well as the rules of hygiene during the transport of the used serving items
  • Dilution of table seats in the restaurant, cafe - bar based on updated measures
  • Full harmonization with the updated legislation concerning covid-19 prevention measures for restaurants
  • Providing individual packages of flavorings and spices in the restaurant and individual packages of accompanying drinks (snacks) in the bars.
  • The sunbeds and umbrellas on the private beaches of our accommodations are disinfected before each use.
  • Checking the water network of the hotel, by accredited laboratories
